IRSA INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP

IRSA and Diponegoro University will conduct pre-conference workshop/training sessions on 12–13 July 2025:

1. Introduction to Quasi-Experiment Policy Impact Evaluation (Australian National University).
2. Spatial Econometrics (Universitas Diponegoro) (tbc)
3. Spatial Analysis & Modelling (Universitas Diponegoro)

These training sessions will be held at the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang.

The training fee for each session is Rp. 1,250,000 (one million two hundred fifty thousand Rupiah), which covers:

1. Training materials
2. Training certificate
3. Coffee Break (2x per day)
4. Lunch (1x per day)

Please note that the fee does not include travel expenses to Semarang, accommodation, or any other costs incurred outside the training venue, nor does it cover the registration fee for the 20th IRSA International Conference. Participants must bring their own laptops with Microsoft Office and Stata software pre-installed, as computing facilities will not be provided.

Seats for each training session are limited, and participation will be confirmed by the organizer. Early application is strongly encouraged, as the deadline to apply is 12 June 2025. Priority will be given to participants attending the 20th IRSA International Conference.

Please note that do not pay the training fee before you receive a notification that your registration is accepted. Once the organizers have confirmed your eligibility to attend the course, you will need to pay the pre-conference training enrolment fee by 29 June 2025.

• After completing the transfer, please email your transfer receipt to nugroho(at)live.undip.ac.id and cc it to heriyaldi(at)unpad.ac.id and djoni.hartono[at]gmail.com with subject “Transfer Training Fee Receipt – <4 digit Registration ID>”; for example “Transfer Training Fee Receipt – 1234. Your payment will not be considered complete until you do so.
• You can retrieve your registration ID from the ConfTool system at: https://www.conftool.com/irsa2025/.
• All transfer payments, including credit card transactions, must be completed by 29 June 2025.
