In the morning, participants were picked up at the hotel. Snacks were distributed during the trip. Participants were immediately invited to visit the Mangrove Area. In this area of approximately 300 hectares, you can find 6 types of mangroves, some of which are almost 30 years old. The lush mangroves in this place are a haven for various types of shorebirds; more than 50 species of birds have been observed. This area is inseparable from the community’s efforts to conserve the mangrove ecosystem. In addition to tourism, this area also offers education, especially regarding marine ecosystems and coastal life, mangrove planting, outbound activities, bird watching, and exploring Tirang Island, which is the history of the origin of the city of Semarang, to enjoying coastal cuisine from mangroves and fresh pond products.

PACKAGE 2: OLD CITY TOUR & INTRODUCTION TO ARTS AND CULTURE

Participants were immediately invited to visit the Old City area, nicknamed Little Netherland because many buildings are still thick with old European architecture. There are many areas that can be used to take instagenic photos and see Dutch heritage buildings, one of which is the Blenduk Church, a church located in the Old City area, a building that adopts classic European architecture that makes this church magnificent and stand out among other buildings.


Continue to Sobokartti, Sobokartti is a legacy of Thomas Karsten, a Dutchman who loved Javanese culture. So he dared to buy and build a 2000-square-meter piece of land, which is now used to build the cultural heritage building. This building aims to promote native arts and expand art appreciation among the community. In addition, Sobokartti is also a place for various art activities, exhibitions, and discussions that support the development of art and culture in Semarang. In Sobokarti, participants will watch traditional dance performances and be taught how to perform the dance. Lunch at a local restaurant.

PACKAGE 3: SEMARANG CITY TOUR & LEARN TO MAKE BATIK
In the morning, participants were picked up at the hotel. Snacks were distributed during the trip. Participants were immediately invited to visit Lawang Sewu, a building that is a Dutch heritage that was originally used as the headquarters of the Dutch East Indies Railway Company. Lawang Sewu is famous for its thousand-door building. There is a lot of history that we can find. Buildings with Dutch colonial architecture in the past make this building look magnificent.


The journey continues by circling the Old City area, nicknamed Little Netherland because many buildings are still thick with old European architecture. Continued with Learning to make Batik in Kampung Djadhoel. This activity offers a unique experience to learn to make batik and learn about the history of Semarang batik. This village is one of the interesting educational tourist attractions in Semarang, with various activities such as learning to make batik using canting and wax, which requires patience and precision, but the results are very satisfying, seeing the batik murals of this village filled with various motifs and stories, and enjoying culinary delights of the past. Lunch at a local restaurant.


Then visit Sam Poo Kong Temple, which is the first stopover and landing place of a Muslim Chinese admiral named Zheng He/Cheng Ho. Sam Poo Kong is not only a place of worship but has also been opened to the public. The red building and Chinese architecture are a special attraction for tourists.
